Although the bulk of our work concerns commercial and industrial roofing applications, a certain percentage of residential
roofing involves some type of low slope roofing. Many of these roofs are relatively small and may include a screened porch,
a dormer or a flat roofed garage or addition. We install a variety of membrane roofs on these types of applications in a growing
number of jobs each year.
Why Us?
Isn’t a residential roof more important than a commercial
roof? If it’s your residence it is! For years it has been quite typical to install 90#, or “rolled
roofing”, on low slope residential roofs. The problem with 90# is that it deteriorates rapidly and the application is
usually not up to par with commercial installations and flashing details.
We don’t do shingles…but
we do offer a lifetime warranty
While shingle roofing is fairly simple to install, it takes a real professional
to complete a watertight installation on a roof deck that only slopes ¼” per foot or less. We even offer a system
that comes standard with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer on the roof membrane.
