In order to achieve our goals we feel it is completely necessary to maintain an excellent workforce of individuals that fit our team and match our beliefs. Part of maintaining this workforce is to show that we value our employees by giving them the necessary tools, equipment, support, and fair wages and benefits to enable them to excel in their work and provide for the needs of their families.

Tonya McNulty Tonya manages the office, including HR, AR, AP, and cookie baking. Tonya has been married to Ken for twenty three years and enjoys being Mom to Kelsey and Charlie. Tonya also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and doing just about anything with her family.
Ken McNulty The current president, Ken has been at Morrow Roofing for twenty years. Ken handles sales and general management of day to day operations. Ken has been married to Tonya (see above) for twenty three years. He enjoys being with his family, spending time at church, hunting, and boating.

	National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) Through our affiliation with the NRCA we are better able to maintain and constantly update our knowledge of materials, techniques, and trends in the roofing industry. NRCA also helps us with training in installation and safety to ensure that your project will be completed safely with a high level of quality of installation.
	Michigan Chamber of Commerce Since its founding in 1959, the Michigan Chamber has worked with this mission: Promote conditions favorable to job creation and business growth in Michigan.
